CityBlock has been building houses for over 20 years

CityBlock brand was founded in 2003 as a vision to modernize the real estate industry that could be vastly improved with infusion of technology in the process. The company’s inception took place in Athens, GA with just 1 rental condo. Since then we incrementally grew the company doing many different things within the real estate business. Soon we found our passion in design and building; in 2014, the CityBlock Communities, LLC was added to the CityBlock brand. CityBlock Communities continues to improve the building process using untapped technology, efficiency, building science and sustainability.
